Responsibilities


  • Simulation modelling for industrial processes such as material flow, resource planning, and assembly sequences
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario evaluations to identify optimization potential
  • Implement and adapt simulation software and tools for virtual commissioning
  • Perform production data analysis to derive insights for improving system performance
  • Create 3D line layouts and industrial mockups, applying Product Process Resource (PPR)
  • Present model results and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Drive the further development of Modelling & Simulation methods and tools within the company


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience with a deep understanding of production technology
  • Experience in developing and validating simulation models for industrial processes
  • Proficient use of CAD tools; experience with Plan Simulation and programming languages is an advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving competence, and pronounced communication and teamwork skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
