Responsibilities
- Key User Support: Supporting established SAP key users in managing the core systems SAP PDA and ARP for routing, work order creation, and master data
- First-Line Support: Handling user inquiries from work preparation and production areas, as well as assisting with system disruptions
- Data and Process Maintenance: Contributing to the validation, maintenance, and optimization of master data, work plans, and production control data in SAP
- Test and Rollout Support: Conducting user acceptance tests for system adjustments and assisting in the preparation of training measures
- Project Support: Active participation and coordination in SAP projects, for example in stakeholder management, capacity planning, and reporting
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree, business informatics, industrial engineering, or supply chain / logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Many years of experience in work preparation and manufacturing engineering
- Several years of experience in production planning/control, IT/information systems, and project management
- Solid knowledge of SAP/MM-PP (detailed functions) and Google Workspace; Skywise or other data analytics tools are desirable
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Structured, results-oriented way of working, strong communication skills, and high service orientation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
