At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Manufacturing Support Engineer to manage structural issues during the outfitting process of the A320 family. You ensure a smooth aircraft flow, solve technical problems on-site, and maintain the service level agreement between structure and outfitting assembly.

Responsibilities


  • Work orders for structural rework in outfitting assembly: create and manage
  • Material ordering and advance procurement: coordinate independently
  • NC assessment and control in the SAP system: perform
  • Production team on-site: accompany, advise, and provide technical support
  • Regular meetings and on-site discussions at the aircraft: actively prepare and shape
  • Technical problems identify, analyze, and develop sustainable solutions
  • System maintenance and transparency of structural issues: ensure in tandem
  • Service Level Agreement between assembly areas: achieve and oversee aircraft flow


Qualifications

  • Completed master craftsman qualification (m/f/x) in vehicle construction, aircraft construction, aerospace, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing, or production, ideally in aircraft construction or automotive
  • Practical experience in structural assembly and manufacturing engineering
  • Confident use of SAP (in-depth knowledge) and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift system)
  • Process-oriented thinking, solution-oriented action, communication skills, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
