Tasks

  • Development and analysis of novel radar systems for unmanned aerial vehicles and teaming scenarios
  • Design of radar architectures and development of signal processing algorithms
  • Application of artificial intelligence/machine learning in radar signal processing
  • Collaboration on radar prototypes – from concept to demonstrator
  • Technical collaboration in international research projects with partners such as DLR, FHR, and universities
  • Supporting product development teams with radar expertise and interface work with high-frequency technology
  • Contributing to securing results and visibility, e.g., through contributions to international radar research conferences

Profil

  • Completed degree in physics or electrical engineering (at least a bachelor's degree) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in radar technology
  • Proven expertise in radar and radar signal processing
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Ability to work independently, integrate and coordinate, and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams
