At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will work as a Helicopter Systems Engineer at the interface between user requirements, specifications, and software qualification. Responsibilities


  • User requests: process and conduct technical analyses
  • Change management: update and incorporate specifications
  • Software qualification: support new releases for Tiger and NH90 helicopters
  • Knowledge transfer: transfer specifications of new software releases to the System Support Center (SUZ)
  • Process optimization: identify and implement improvement potentials in methodology, tools, and processes


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor)
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering and IT/information systems
  • Practical experience in system design, requirements management, verification, and modeling tools
  • Knowledge in the area of UHT or NH90 avionics systems
  • Initial experience in writing functional requirements (FCS), Software Requirement Specification (SRS), Human Machine Interface Specifications (HMI), and Interface Requirement Specification (IRS)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
  • Independent and structured working style, pronounced goal orientation, teamwork skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
