For our client Airbus Defence and Space GmbH, we are looking for an IAM Systems Engineer at the Bremen location. You will take operational responsibility for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and monitor technological trends to secure the company's competitive advantage.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 80,515 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2027. Responsibilities
- Technology Trends monitoring and creating solutions for business units based on this knowledge
- Purchase Recommendations providing and making decisions in national projects
- Designs and Architectures building for dedicated national projects
- IAM Solutions operating: monitoring, ticket processing, change requests, problem management, and backup/recovery
- Project and Operational Documentation maintaining and updating regarding designs and architectures
- Technology and Methodology Consulting providing to the team and departments on specific topics
- Monitoring new technology trends and supporting operational teams in their implementation
- Improvement Recommendations developing for designs, architectures, and processes based on identified potentials
Qualifications
- Completed degree (minimum Bachelor's) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT / information systems or software development
- Solid knowledge in designing and operating Microsoft Active Directory domain solutions
- Confident handling of PowerShell and creating complex scripts for automation of IT processes
- Business fluent in German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Knowledge in ITIL processes (Service Operations) and structured root cause analysis
- Teamwork skills, pronounced communication strength, and analytical, solution-oriented mindset
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
