Responsibilities
- Certification Function: Assume the role of Component Certifying Staff Part 145 under the Airbus MOA (Maintenance Organisational Approval)
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure the QMS conforms to internal and external regulatory requirements
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and define improvement potential in the Repair Station area
- Documentation Management: Create and maintain QM documentation, guidelines, and work instructions
- Departmental Consulting: Support and advise specialist departments in the application and interpretation of QM requirements
- Auditing: Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions
- Stakeholder Coordination: Close collaboration to align requirements and ensure system integration
- Inspection Supervision: Provide technical guidance to inspectors, review repairs, and issue airworthiness directives
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in engineering, aerospace, or a technical field (at least at technician/specialist level)
- Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry
- Several years of experience in quality management and quality assurance
- Experience in technical documentation and material testing
- Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Detailed knowledge of requirements according to EASA Part 145 (quality and safety management) is mandatory
- Analytical skills, structured way of working, initiative, and teamwork
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
