Responsibilities


  • Certification Function: Assume the role of Component Certifying Staff Part 145 under the Airbus MOA (Maintenance Organisational Approval)
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure the QMS conforms to internal and external regulatory requirements
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and define improvement potential in the Repair Station area
  • Documentation Management: Create and maintain QM documentation, guidelines, and work instructions
  • Departmental Consulting: Support and advise specialist departments in the application and interpretation of QM requirements
  • Auditing: Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Close collaboration to align requirements and ensure system integration
  • Inspection Supervision: Provide technical guidance to inspectors, review repairs, and issue airworthiness directives


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering, aerospace, or a technical field (at least at technician/specialist level)
  • Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry
  • Several years of experience in quality management and quality assurance
  • Experience in technical documentation and material testing
  • Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Detailed knowledge of requirements according to EASA Part 145 (quality and safety management) is mandatory
  • Analytical skills, structured way of working, initiative, and teamwork
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
