Tasks
- Ensuring that customer requirements for Eurofighter avionics are implemented correctly and completely
- Responsibility for integration testing for two central mission computers in the Eurofighter environment
- Early detection of errors and technical support for system and software developers in analysis and rectification
- Preparing the flight certification of the hardware/software you support
- Designing suitable flight scenarios for tests and critically questioning complex technical relationships
- Coordinating small, international, and cross-functional teams in the project context
- Applying and helping to shape agile approaches in collaboration with development and integration
Qualifications
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or engineering (at least a master's degree/diploma)
- Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems
- Experience in avionics integration is essential
- Experience in software development for embedded, safety-critical systems, ideally according to DO-178, V-Modell, EASA Part 21J, or ZDv, is required
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (detailed specialist knowledge)
- Business fluent in English (at least C1); knowledge of German is an advantage
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
- CV in English required
