Tasks
- Perform quality inspections and acceptance testing on civil aircraft MCAs
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory requirements
- Prepare delivery and acceptance documentation for internal and external audits
- Conduct first article inspections on in-house manufactured components
- Create non-conformity reports and initiate/monitor corrective actions
- Support final assembly line (FAL) operations with quality oversight
- Troubleshoot systems and components to ensure airworthiness
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training, at least at foreman (Meister) level
- Several years of professional experience in electrical systems, production, and mechatronics
- Proven background in quality assurance and ideally in aerospace
- German language skills – business fluent (min. C1); English language skills – advanced (min. B2)
- Proactive, independent, and quality-focused work ethic
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
