Responsibilities
- Point of contact for all new IT systems to be introduced within the corporation
- Review the responsibility of the respective employee representatives
- Creation and coordination
- Coordination of documents with the IT working group
- Preparation and conduct of negotiations with the IT working group and specialist departments
- Coordination of the entire implementation process for IT systems
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable Master's or Diplom program
- Many years of professional experience in IT / information systems
- Many years of experience in IT project management or as a Senior Project Manager (IT)
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Basic knowledge of labor law and data protection law
- High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and negotiation strength
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
