Responsibilities


  • Point of contact for all new IT systems to be introduced within the corporation
  • Review the responsibility of the respective employee representatives
  • Creation and coordination
  • Coordination of documents with the IT working group
  • Preparation and conduct of negotiations with the IT working group and specialist departments
  • Coordination of the entire implementation process for IT systems


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable Master's or Diplom program
  • Many years of professional experience in IT / information systems
  • Many years of experience in IT project management or as a Senior Project Manager (IT)
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and data protection law
  • High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and negotiation strength
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
