Responsibilities


  • Investment Portfolio Management: Manage and steer a portfolio of investment projects (Capex) in close coordination with internal partners from finance and procurement
  • Project Support: Support business project teams in evaluating and prioritizing investments for operational and strategic projects
  • Forecast Adjustment: Analyze the impact of changes in the project cycle and adjust the annual forecast accordingly
  • Annual Planning: Contribute to the creation and alignment of the annual Operating Plan (OP) and integrate Airbus top priorities
  • Process Optimization: Participate in the development of tools and best practices and ensure proper project and portfolio governance
  • Project Evaluation: Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure process adherence and realization of project benefits


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering, a technical subject, or business administration (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, manufacturing engineering, and project management
  • Initial experience in finance and contract management
  • Good knowledge of process management and risk management
  • Knowledge of data analytics, digitalization, and CAPEX management tools is an advantage
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German, French, or Spanish is an advantage
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace (especially Gemini)
  • High result orientation, analytical skills, teamwork, and strong communication skills
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
