You will further develop the company health management, coordinate external partners, and advise managers on prevention and health promotion.

Responsibilities
- Project work in working groups for the further development of company health management, including cross-site supplier selection
- Service provider coordination in the health sector with active participation in supplier reviews and invoice control
- Consulting managers and employees on all matters of company health management and prevention
- Program development through the conception, planning, and implementation of cross-site health promotion measures
- Data analysis of health data and derivation of recommendations for action for continuous improvement
- Workshop organization and administration of training and information events on health topics
- Reporting on the progress and effectiveness of implemented health measures
Qualifications
- Completed degree in health sciences, psychology, social sciences, or sociology (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in procurement, healthcare, project management, and administrative work
- Experience in supplier management, ideally in large companies
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
- Good knowledge of project management; basic knowledge of risk management; budget knowledge is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- High level of commitment, personal responsibility, convincing presence, assertiveness, and pronounced communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
