Tasks

• Disposition of consumables and standard parts and ensuring material supply
• Control of internal material flows: goods receipt, storage, picking, and shipping
• Establishment of material supply chains for new products
• Creation of material flow analyses to determine economic key figures
• Posting and checking goods receipts in SAP, including escalation in case of deviations
• Packaging of materials, load securing, and monitoring of shipping processes
• Carrying out inventories and monitoring minimum shelf life
• Interface coordination with quality assurance, production, and purchasing
  

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist, freight forwarding agent, wholesale and foreign trade agent or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in logistics and supply chain management
• In-depth knowledge of SAP (MM module) and advanced user skills in MS Office
• Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
• Class B / 3 driver's license
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
