Responsibilities


  • Assembly of subassemblies for helicopters according to technical specifications
  • Safety wiring professionally and in compliance with safety regulations
  • Drilling and riveting of components with high precision
  • Bonding and press-fitting of bushings and bearings as part of structural connections
  • Surface protection by applying edge sealants and corrosion protection
  • Quality awareness through consistent adherence to manufacturing standards


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, or in a metalworking trade
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in aviation
  • Practical knowledge of assembly work, drilling, riveting, and safety wiring
  • Experience with bonding techniques and press-fitting procedures
  • Knowledge of the Airbus drawing system is desirable
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Independent work style, teamwork, and high flexibility
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
