Tasks

  • Installation of structural fittings on the MCA H175
  • Assembly of flight controls and tanks in accordance with all specifications
  • Performing self-checks and general testing
  • Use of manual tools and testing equipment for component assembly
  • Installation of ESN cables, including subsequent measurement work
  • Bonding measurements and gluing of cable holders
  • Working in accordance with construction documents and regulations in line with aviation standards

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, or mechanic
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Basic understanding of mechanical work such as assembly of simple components, installation of hydraulic lines, and flight controls
  • Confident handling of technical drawings
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work in the second shift
  • Willingness to travel for assembly work
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
