Responsibilities
- Non-destructive testing (PT/MT) on metallic components independently performed
- Equipment operation for magnetic particle and penetrant inspections
- Test documentation defined, created, and managed
- Quality assurance actively supported through improvement measures
- SAP entries for order feedback and performance data recorded
- Problem analysis for internal and external quality issues
- Quality reports and build deviations processed
Qualifications
- At least master qualification as aircraft mechanic or plastics/rubber process mechanic, or comparable technical training
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production and in plastics/rubber technology
- Experience in quality assurance and knowledge about composite component manufacturing
- Secure handling of MS Office and advanced SAP application skills
- Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
- Training in non-destructive testing techniques (NDT) according to EN4179 at Level 2 required
- Teamwork skills, high quality awareness, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
