Tasks
- Manufacture composite parts manually according to specifications using the hand lay-up method in a 2-shift system
- Work on components for various helicopter models and technologies
- Remove finished parts from molds and carry out structured post-processing
- Operate laser projection systems for precision layering
- Perform self-checks and basic quality assurance during production
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, e.g. Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology, Painter/Lacquerer, Carpenter, Joiner, or similar
- Several years of practical experience in a production environment, ideally with composite materials or aviation
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working, reliable and team-minded personality
- Familiarity with SAP and BDE systems as well as basic technical drawing interpretation according to Airbus standards is an advantage
- Fluent German (at least C1) and basic English (at least A2) required
- Willingness to work in 2nd and 3rd shift operations
- A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory (student visas are not accepted)
