Responsibilities


  • Structural Assembly of components and brackets according to assembly concepts, including positioning, drilling, countersinking, reaming, sealing, bonding, and screwing
  • Repair Work on aircraft structural components, planned and executed independently
  • Documentation of all work in accordance with applicable regulations and internal rules
  • Quality Management: Analyze and rectify non-conformities from quality assurance (e.g., Concession, Q-Report)
  • Process Optimization through foresighted action and proactive participation in continuous improvements


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a Plant Mechanic – Sanitation, Heating and Air Conditioning, Turner/Miller, Precision Mechanic, Aircraft Mechanic, or in a wood or metalworking trade
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Initial experience in aircraft or shipbuilding as well as knowledge of handling CFRP and GFRP is desirable
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work in 2 or 3 shifts
  • Teamwork skills, independent working style, and proactive attitude
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
