Tasks

  • Assembling small mechanical and electronic assemblies with hand tools according to parts lists, drawings, and work plans
  • Completing manufactured components to form complete end devices
  • Applying various joining methods such as screwing, gluing, and soldering
  • Performing electronic and functional testing of finished end devices (after training)
  • Ensuring a careful, structured way of working in a team environment

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for aeronautical systems (aircraft electronics technician), precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or comparable/technical training
  • Initial professional experience in precision mechanics, manufacturing/production, industrial mechanics, mechanics, or mechatronics
  • Many years of experience in the assembly of components or devices
  • Experience in working with technical drawings
  • Knowledge of soldering and gluing
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1), basic knowledge of English
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
