Responsibilities
- Functional tests and Ground Tests (GTIs): prepare and execute, including troubleshooting and fault rectification
- Mechanical and hydraulic components: prepare and set up at construction, work, and machine stations
- Installation of mechanical and hydraulic components such as brackets, hydraulic installations, gearboxes, and large assemblies
- Assembly work: independently perform marking, setting up, mounting, adjusting, torquing, and securing
- Inspections: carry out according to specifications as well as final functional tests
- Documentation: ensure all work performed and any discrepancies are recorded
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or mechatronics technician
- Initial experience in industrial mechanics or mechatronics, as well as in hydraulics
- Good German language skills (at least B2) and basic English skills
- Willingness to work shifts in a 2- and 3-shift operation
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment qualification program
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is absolutely required
