Responsibilities


  • Hand lay-up of components according to technical specifications in a 2-shift operation
  • Component manufacturing of various model types and technologies
  • Mold removal and demounting of components from lay-up molds
  • Laser projection: Operation and monitoring of laser projection systems
  • Self-inspection as part of manufacturing inspection activities


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a process technician for plastics and rubber, carpenter, joiner, or in a comparable trade
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Experience in hand lay-up processes and component manufacturing
  • Knowledge of SAP and operational data acquisition (BDE) is an advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime
  • Teamwork skills, careful and solution-oriented working methods, as well as high motivation and flexibility
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
