Responsibilities
- Hand lay-up of components according to technical specifications in a 2-shift operation
- Component manufacturing of various model types and technologies
- Mold removal and demounting of components from lay-up molds
- Laser projection: Operation and monitoring of laser projection systems
- Self-inspection as part of manufacturing inspection activities
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a process technician for plastics and rubber, carpenter, joiner, or in a comparable trade
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Experience in hand lay-up processes and component manufacturing
- Knowledge of SAP and operational data acquisition (BDE) is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime
- Teamwork skills, careful and solution-oriented working methods, as well as high motivation and flexibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
