Responsibilities


  • Hand lamination of components according to technical specifications in a 2-shift operation
  • Component manufacturing for various model types and technologies
  • Mold removal and extraction of finished components from lamination molds
  • Laser projection: Operation and monitoring of projection systems for precise positioning
  • Quality assurance by performing self-inspections as part of manufacturing inspection activities


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a trade, craft, woodworking, or technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in an industrial company
  • Experience in hand lamination or comparable manufacturing techniques is an advantage
  • Manual dexterity and a structured, independent way of working
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work in 2 or 3-shift operation
  • Teamwork skills, flexibility, initiative, and willingness to learn
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
