Responsibilities
- Machine operation: Operation and monitoring of edge forming machines and adjustment of process and program parameters
- Robot integration: Loading and unloading of components for edge forming robots in the manufacturing process
- Deburring: Processing and finishing of components to optimise quality
- Documentation: Performing system notifications and complete documentation for the next cost centre
- Process control: Ensuring a continuous and efficient manufacturing workflow
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession (e.g. Industrial Mechanic, Metal Worker)
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production as well as experience in mechatronics or machine operation
- Knowledge of operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, especially edge forming robots
- Proficient handling of SAP and SAP/R3 as well as Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
- Teamwork skills, willingness to learn, and independent working approach
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
