Responsibilities


  • Manual finishing of composite and metal sandwich components
  • Fitting-out of cured CFRP and GFRP components
  • Perform structural and non-structural bonding according to specifications
  • Documentation of all work sequences in the manufacturing order
  • Material management and allocation to the manufacturing order
  • Quality and cost awareness in independent work execution
  • Identify cost-saving potentials in the manufacturing process
  • Teamwork in a production environment


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a Process Mechanic for Coating Technology, Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology, or Carpenter
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Several years of experience in the aerospace industry
  • Knowledge of handling and reading technical drawings
  • Proficient German (at least B2); basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work in 2nd and 3rd shifts as well as overtime
  • Careful, solution-oriented, team-oriented, and resilient way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
