Responsibilities
- Surface Treatment: Carry out the setup, dismantling, and preservation of construction sites, workpieces, components, and assemblies
- Work Preparation: Prepare and provide tools and materials according to construction documentation
- Protective Measures: Properly cover and plug components to protect them during processing
- Production Control: Process components according to defined priorities and optimize workflow
- Order Management: Log manufacturing orders in and out of the system
- Customer Requirements: Process specific requirements and integrate them into the work process
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a Process Mechanic for Coating Technology or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a painter or surface coater
- Initial application knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic skills in English (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts
- High flexibility, commitment, and teamwork skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
