Tasks

  • Manufacturing components using the hand lay-up process according to specifications
  • Manufacturing components of various designs and technologies in production
  • Demolding and removal of components from the laminating molds
  • Operation of laser projection systems for precise layer and contour placement
  • Performing self-checks as part of the production inspection process
  • Documenting work steps according to specifications and working consistently in accordance with process and quality standards
  • Actively introducing improvements in your own work area to make processes more stable and efficient

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational, craft, woodworking, or technical training (at least vocational training)
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production
  • Experience in an industrial company is an advantage
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1); basic English
  • Willingness to work in 2-shift or 2/3-shift operation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and manual dexterity
