Responsibilities
- Laminating components made of carbon and glass fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP/GFRP)
- Vacuum bagging for composite material processing
- Precision finishing of component edges through grinding and polishing to specification
- Material logistics including ordering and commissioning of required materials
- Documentation of all work and non-conformance processes according to quality standards
- Plant operation including the safe handling of lifting and hoisting equipment
- Transport and maintenance of work and operating equipment
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, as a carpenter, or as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology
- Several years of professional experience in plastics and rubber technology
- Experience in handling composite materials such as CFRP/GFRP
- Valid crane operator license (can also be submitted shortly after start of employment)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work in 3-shift operation
- High quality awareness, teamwork skills, flexibility, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
