Responsibilities
- Machine operation of riveting machines and other manufacturing systems
- Production monitoring and process-related adjustment work to optimize workflow
- Documentation of component orders, optimization potential, and relevant process parameters
- Malfunction analysis and resolution by assessing reports, analyzing root causes, and initiating measures
- Preparation and follow-up of work processes, including setting up and dismantling components and tool assembly
- System maintenance and documentation in IT systems
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic – sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology, turner / milling machine operator, electronics technician for aerospace systems (aircraft electronics technician), industrial mechanic, process mechanic for coating technology, machining mechanic, or in a metalworking or craft trade
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Initial experience with Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 4-shift system
- Teamwork skills, willingness to learn, and independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
