Tasks

  • Prepare surfaces by reviewing technical documentation, cleaning, activating and masking components
  • Provide tools and materials required for coating processes
  • Apply coatings such as paints, adhesives, preservatives or sealants
  • Conduct synchronized coating processes on aircraft structures
  • Apply technical markings, decorative and assisting foils, and line markings

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter or process mechanic for coating technology
  • Extensive professional experience (minimum 3 years) in manufacturing and painting
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends and overtime
  • Good command of German (at least B2), basic English skills (at least B1)
  • Open to varied tasks at changing workstations
  • High level of concentration, independent work ethic and team spirit
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
