Tasks
- Carrying out repair work on large and small components, primarily for end surface coating
- Preparing aircraft surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and mixing paint manually
- Coating aircraft components with paints, adhesives, corrosion protection waxes, or sealants
- Correcting work errors and resolving customer complaints
- Preparing tools and materials, reviewing technical drawings and documentation
- Documenting all work stepsin accordance with internal and customer specifications
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter or painter / varnisher
- Long-term professional experience in painting and industrial production environments
- Initial experience with SAP and ideally familiarity with Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of German (at least B2) and basic English skills
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system, including potential weekend and overtime work
- Structured, reliable working style with flexibility and strong team skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
