Tasks
- Create work plans for both new and existing components and assemblies
- Coordinate and monitor scheduling across workshops and production areas
- Identify and address production issues – independently and solution-oriented
- Manage planning and order handling in SAP, including coverage checks and production orders
- Ensure component availability for manufacturing, tracking bottlenecks and logistics
- Handle the procurement of standardized manufacturing tools
- Plan and supervise shipping activities and outstanding tasks
Qualifications
- University degree (Bachelor minimum) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics
- Several years of experience in manufacturing, production planning/controlling, or aerospace production
- Basic knowledge in process management
- Confident in SAP, especially in detail functions related to production environments
- Experience with Google Workspace is an asset
- Fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
