Responsibilities
- Production planning for composite components in legacy programs and new developments
- Create, calculate, and manage work plans and parts lists
- Incorporate technical changes into manufacturing documents such as SOIs or digital layup books
- Request manufacturing resources and contribute to their design definition
- Review and approve construction documents and specifications
- Clarify technical questions from production and develop solutions
- Conduct problem analyses and define suitable corrective actions
- Perform Process FMEA (PFMEA) in multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or Composite Materials (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in production planning, manufacturing/production, and project management
- Initial experience in plastics and rubber technology
- Proficient use of MS Office, SAP, and GSuite
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- High flexibility, motivation, and teamwork skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
