In the MAIT Management department, you will control the manufacturing of spaceflight components and fixtures – from planning and material disposition to process optimization. The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 65,552 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.07.2027. Responsibilities
- Production planning and control of spaceflight components and fixtures according to OTOCOQ principles
- Feasibility review of parts and assemblies and proposal of design optimizations
- Material master maintenance and creation of manufacturing instructions, work plans, and production orders in SAP and Teamcenter
- Material disposition and tracking of manufacturing progress via SAP and Teamcenter
- Procurement of quotations, creation of purchase requisitions, and technical support for suppliers
- Standard times integration into work plans and monitoring of their adherence
- Production control of parts and assemblies in coordination with central planning and production managers
- Process optimization of manufacturing processes considering REFA/Lean aspects and ERP/MES standards
Qualifications
- Completed technical education, e.g., as a state-certified technician, technical business manager, or comparable qualification, or a completed Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in production planning and manufacturing/production
- Experience in production planning and control (PPC)
- Proficient use of SAP/R3, MS-Office (especially MS-Excel), and Teamcenter
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Proven leadership experience and teamwork skills
- Analytical skills, structured and results-oriented working style, and a high sense of responsibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
