Tasks

  • Laminating carbon fiber-reinforced and glass fiber-reinforced plastic components (CFRP/GFRP) according to specifications
  • Preparing and executing vacuum build-ups
  • Finishing, trimming and grinding resin and part edges to specification
  • Kitting and ordering materials
  • Documenting work steps and any deviations
  • Operating lifting equipment and performing regular maintenance on production tools
  • Transporting tools and equipment within the production area
  • Actively supporting the team and flexibly working at various stations in the production section

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a technical trade, as a carpenter or as a plastics and rubber process mechanic
  • Several years of professional experience in plastics and rubber processing
  • Fluent German skills (minimum C1) and basic English skills (minimum A2)
  • Willingness to work in a three-shift system
  • Crane license already held or willingness to obtain one shortly after starting
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
  • Strong attention to detail, independent working style, and team spirit
