Tasks

  • Inspect provided components for completeness and correctness, including reporting any deviations
  • Perform mechanical processing of parts using grinding, polishing, deburring, bending, and coating techniques
  • Conduct visual and quality inspections, including under a microscope
  • Rework parts according to drawings, such as recutting threads and inserting Helicoils
  • Clean components in an ultrasonic bath, followed by drying and packaging
  • Work with pneumatic and electric grinders as well as while wearing protective gloves

Qualifications

  • Completed technical training, e.g. as a production mechanic, industrial mechanic or similar is an advantage
  • Several years of professional experience in technical environments and in reading technical drawings
  • Experience in assembly or reworking of components
  • Basic PC skills
  • German fluent (min. C1), English basic (min. A2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
