Responsibilities


  • System requirement analysis and development of qualification concepts for the Attack & Identification Sub-System
  • Qualification planning: Creation and maintenance of the Qualification Plan (QPP) for the sub-system
  • Test evidence analysis for new avionics versions and creation of test requirements for rig, ground, and flight test departments
  • Analyze aircraft design standards and create requirements for Drawing Office Instructions (DOI) for flight tests
  • Analyze and evaluate safety and test reports of the sub-system
  • Create and manage qualification documentation for development and series aircraft
  • National certifications: Preparation of national approval for the entire Eurofighter Avionics System
  • Stakeholder coordination with internal and external areas such as flight tests, Avionic Joint Team, and partner companies


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable field
  • Good knowledge of aircraft systems and their certification aspects
  • Knowledge of aircraft development processes
  • Proficient use of MS Office; DOORS knowledge advantageous
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Cross-system thinking and analytical approach
  • Teamwork skills, commitment, and resilience
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
