Tasks
- Reviewing and preselecting candidates based on application documents and test results according to standardized criteria
- Organizing and conducting selection days at several locations (focus on Bremen and Hamburg, also Stade and Buxtehude)
- Managing applicant correspondence and ensuring a binding candidate journey
- Coordinating the selection committee and coordinating and documenting selection decisions
- Developing, coordinating, and implementing optimizations in the selection process and in overarching project topics
- Representing the company at recruiting events, school visits, and trade fairs
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as the works council, the Federal Employment Agency, representatives for people with disabilities, and internal experts
Qualifications
- Completed degree in psychology, social sciences, or business administration (at least a bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in human resources and personnel recruitment
- Knowledge of Google Workspace; knowledge of Workday desirable
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English skills (at least B2)
- Class B driver's license (formerly class 3) required; own car required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- Willingness to commute between Bremen, Hamburg, Stade, and Buxtehude on selection days (focus on Bremen)
