Responsibilities
- NOE & QSR Monitoring: Systematic monitoring, validation, and analysis of incoming quality deviations (NOE/QSR) to assess operational impact
- Containment Actions: Definition and implementation of rapid countermeasures to contain quality defects and prevent customer impact
- Discrepancy Management: Processing and closure of Discrepancy Reports (DR) related to NOE, QSR, and CAPRI processes
- Audit Compliance: Active participation in internal and external quality audits to demonstrate process conformity
- Global Network: Close collaboration with colleagues at international locations and engagement with a global expert network
- Process Improvement: Contribution of specialized QSR expertise to cross-functional transformation and improvement projects
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aircraft construction, engineering, aerospace, or a comparable technical field (at least master craftsman level)
- Several years of professional experience in quality management and quality assurance, ideally in the aerospace industry
- Experience in maintenance/overhaul as well as process improvement
- Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP as well as knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Self-reliant working style, teamwork skills, and solution-oriented thinking
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
