Responsibilities
- Demand Planning and Scheduling: Procure quality-compliant components, systems, and materials and ensure availability at the assembly site
- Supplier Management: Monitor deliveries regarding quantity, schedule, and price and communicate as the central interface to the supplier
- Disruption Management: Check and resolve supply and performance disruptions and initiate recovery activities
- Data Management: Accompany product introductions and modifications in the new part process and maintain data
- Risk Management: Identify and classify risks in the supply chain and initiate first corrective measures
- Performance Control: Analyze supplier performance using KPIs and define and track corrective measures
- Inventory Optimization: Analyze and monitor inventory coverage and initiate measures for stock optimization
- Project Collaboration: Support logistics projects for process optimization and improvement of component availability
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in scheduling, material procurement, and supplier management
- Practical experience in supply chain and logistics
- Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Analytical skills, structured and results-oriented working style, and strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
