Responsibilities
- Service Level Management: Securing service levels and supporting commercial campaigns with focus on material inventory planning
- Forecast Consolidation: Carrying out service forecast consolidation and economy of scale realization to optimize service performance
- Material Planning: Managing material planning activities for allocated customers, including collaboration with the complete supply chain
- Inventory Management: Responsibility over customer inventory and allocation to appropriate stocking locations
- Process Optimization: Supporting training and onboarding for local planners to improve planning processes
- Ad-hoc Support: Managing ad-hoc commercial requests that trigger changes to existing services
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (minimum Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management, project management, supply chain / logistics, and technical documentation
- Advanced application knowledge in SAP as well as initial application knowledge in Python and SQL
- Good knowledge in lean management, process management, and risk management
- Business fluent in German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Teamwork skills, pronounced communication strength, and a high degree of self-motivation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
