Tasks

  • Analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost of non-quality
  • Creation and maintenance of quality reports for the Donauwörth site
  • Use and further development of big data analyses, statistical process control, and quality control cards.
  • Optimization of existing tools, including in VBA, MS Access, and JavaScript
  • Project management in the area of quality management – internally and in the customer environment
  • Moderation and implementation of problem-solving activities (e.g., 8D, 5W, Manage Problem Board)
  • Interface function to production, quality assurance, work preparation, and engineering
  • Introduction and monitoring of quality improvement measures

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing, IT systems, project and quality management
  • Experience with B-Flow, Norm Master, DeMat as well as VBA, MS Access and JavaScript is a plus
  • German language skills – business fluent (min. C1), English language skills – advanced (min. B2)
  • Strong analytical mindset, communication skills and a solution-oriented, proactive attitude
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
