For our client HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH at the location Oberkochen we are looking for a SAP Master Data Management Clerk. In this central role, you ensure the integrity and consistency of master data – the basis for flawless products and smooth processes with your attention to detail.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 50,469 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.05.2027. Responsibilities

  • Researching technical documentation and environmental compliance documents for components and materials
  • Using data sheets, safety data sheets, and drawings as a reliable information source
  • Reviewing and evaluating REACH/RoHS statements and related documentation
  • Classifying material master records according to defined criteria
  • Identifying and correcting incomplete material master data
  • Creating new material master records in SAP, including validating data
  • Generating reports and overviews in Microsoft Excel
  • Supporting the department on topics related to component management, obsolescence, and product environmental compliance


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial field or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in a field related to the job advantageous
  • IT Skills: MS Office (at least good) and SAP (at least detailed special knowledge)
  • Language Skills: German (at least business fluent) and English (at least proficient)
  • Knowledge of REACH/RoHS and SVHC substances/materials advantageous
  • A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
