Tasks
- Participation in Satair projects with a focus on management systems and surveillance processes (e.g. MMIP)
- Development and implementation of business processes and requirements within the organization
- Maintenance and further development of documentation in the Satair Company Management System
- Reporting and analysis through the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards
- Optimization of internal methods, tools and processes as part of continuous improvement initiatives
- Rollout and maintenance of the Company Management System across global sites to ensure consistent application
- Documentation of business processes in central systems (e.g. AIRBUS BMS, Satair CMS)
- Support of relevant projectswithin the ASOQP environment, especially the Material Management Industrialisation Platform (MMIP)
Qualifications
- Completed technical, business, or supply-chain-related degree (minimum Bachelor's level)
- Several years of professional experience in process improvement, quality management, and supply chain/logistics
- Basic knowledge in change management, project management, and process management
- Business fluent English skills (at least C1); German is an advantage
- Ideally, experience as an internal auditor according to ISO 9000
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of mid- to long-term process strategies
