Tasks
- Planning, implementation and optimization of logistics processes throughout the entire material flow
- Analysis of existing processes to identify improvement potential
- Development and implementation of process standards and company-wide guidelines
- Cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Quality and Production departments
- Conducting internal workshops and training sessions to support process optimization
- Preparation of process-related KPI reports and data analyses
- Participation in the automation of logistics processes through new technologies
- Supporting budget planning and cost control within the logistics department
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Quality, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in logistics management or process management
- In-depth knowledge in process optimization, e.g. Lean Management or Six Sigma
- Confident handling of modern logistics systems and software tools
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluent German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visas are not accepted) is mandatory
