Tasks

  • Planning, implementation and optimization of logistics processes throughout the entire material flow
  • Analysis of existing processes to identify improvement potential
  • Development and implementation of process standards and company-wide guidelines
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Quality and Production departments
  • Conducting internal workshops and training sessions to support process optimization
  • Preparation of process-related KPI reports and data analyses
  • Participation in the automation of logistics processes through new technologies
  • Supporting budget planning and cost control within the logistics department

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Quality, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics management or process management
  • In-depth knowledge in process optimization, e.g. Lean Management or Six Sigma
  • Confident handling of modern logistics systems and software tools
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Fluent German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visas are not accepted) is mandatory
