At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will use strategic expertise and data quality as a Supply Chain Manager & Expert to ensure the spare parts supply for helicopters like the NH90 and Tiger. Responsibilities
- Spare Parts Assignment: Identification and allocation of spare parts for customer orders and forecasted requirements to optimise procurement
- Process Management: Development of KPIs to measure data quality and initiation of targeted improvement measures
- SAP Data Quality: Ensuring complete and reliable material data for smooth operational procurement
- Technology Analysis: Examination of component technologies and targeted engagement of relevant specialist departments and stakeholders
- Project Planning: Independent development of action plans to minimise unassigned parts
- International Coordination: Cross-functional and cross-country process coordination
- Procurement Solutions: Developing solutions for the procurement of unassigned parts (Build-to-Spec/Print)
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or a comparable subject (at least Bachelor’s degree)
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of Engineering, Customer Service, operational and strategic procurement, Supply Chain, and technical documentation
- Proficient in SAP (knowledge of detailed functions)
- Proficient in Google Workspace/Suite (Sheets, Docs)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and BOMs; sound knowledge of spare parts processes and assembly procedures; understanding of industrialisation or procurement to Airbus specifications
- Strong communication skills, pronounced teamwork skills and an independent, detail-oriented way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
