Responsibilities


  • Freight document documentation: Creation and archiving of delivery notes and manifests for Beluga transport
  • Data verification: Checking delivery notes for correct information (address, goods value, dimensions, weight)
  • SAP process conversion: Conversion of proforma invoices into Delivery Notes in SAP R3
  • Aviation security coordination: Collaboration with aviation security control personnel to complete delivery papers
  • Disruption management: Active handling of missing or incorrectly filled weight sheets
  • Ship clearance control: Checking delivery notes for ship clearance


Qualifications

  • Vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk, or commercial training with many years of professional experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or Economics (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience as a commercial specialist or in Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Customs knowledge is a prerequisite
  • Proficient use of MS Excel (advanced application knowledge) and SAP/R3 (knowledge of detailed functions)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Reliability check according to §7 Aviation Security Act is advantageous
  • Secure handling of international customs regulations and customs declarations is desirable
  • Teamwork skills, analytical thinking, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
