At Diehl Aviation Laupheim GmbH, you will play an important role in operational shipping processing as a Logistics Clerk / Aviation Logistics Employee. You will keep track of delivery orders, take care of freight and customs documents, and ensure that everything runs smoothly and in compliance with regulations. It's a job with responsibility – in the team, in the system, and on paper. Bring your logistics experience to a place where precision counts.

Tasks

• Zusammenstellen von Lieferaufträgen im System anhand einzelner Versandpositionen
• Erstellung von Fracht- und Zollpapieren sowie Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Beendigung
• Beauftragung und Koordination von Transportdienstleistern für alle Auslieferungen
• Anmeldung von Luftfrachtsendungen beim Spediteur einschließlich Einholung der Luftfrachtdaten
• Rechnungsprüfung durch Vergleich von Frachtpapieren mit erbrachten Leistungen

• Compiling delivery orders in the system based on individual shipping items
• Preparing freight and customs documents and ensuring proper completion
• Commissioning and coordinating transport serviceproviders for all deliveries
• Registering air freight shipments with the carrier, including obtaining air freight data
• Invoice verification by comparing freight documents with services rendered

Qualifications

• Completed training as an industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk, or wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience as a commercial clerk in logistics
• Confident use of MS Office and SAP (detailed functions)
• Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic knowledge of English (at least A2)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
