At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will shape the future of enterprise-wide logistics as an SAP Logistics Process Manager. As part of the "Airbus Resource Planning" (ARP) transformation project, you will analyze, harmonize, and implement SAP-based logistics processes – from inbound logistics to warehousing. Responsibilities
- Process Analysis: Describing and comparing as-is and to-be processes to identify differences and gaps between legacy and future SAP systems
- Business Impact Assessment: Assessing and coordinating the business impacts of identified differences and gaps
- SAP System Adaptations: Defining and describing system impacts for significant gaps to adapt or enhance functionalities
- End-to-End Testing: Conducting tests and validating processes and IT solutions
- Go-Live Support: Supporting the production start, including hypercare and training concepts
- Logistics Concepts: Defining, developing, and aligning new logistics concepts, standards, and processes with relevant stakeholders
- Process Optimization: Ensuring transparent, simple logistics operations in Germany
- Productivity Increase: Contributing to improved competitiveness through a highly efficient supply chain from supplier to "Point of Delivery"
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in IT / information systems as well as Supply Chain / Logistics
- Professional experience with SAP (Logistics) is required
- Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP and SAP/R3; knowledge of Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of process management
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Analytical thinking, structured and independent way of working, as well as pronounced communication skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
