Responsibilities


  • Requirements Management: Capture and align IT requirements and solutions with various teams and stakeholders
  • Concept Development: Create concepts for new, specific IT systems and databases
  • Solution Alignment: Align concepts with existing IT solutions and adapt them to military boundary conditions
  • Realization: Significantly implement concepts including testing, implementation, user support, and documentation
  • System Maintenance: Maintain implemented SQL servers including their front-ends
  • Project Management: Lead smaller development and research projects and deliver their content
  • Goal Achievement: Complete projects in compliance with time, scope, cost, and quality to customer satisfaction


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in interface management
  • Many years of professional experience in IT / information systems
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • Good knowledge in application development (e.g., node.js, Python, FastAPI, Svelte)
  • Good knowledge in SQL database application (PostgreSQL, MS, or Cloud SQL) or comparable
  • Good knowledge in office applications / programming (MS Office, Google Suite)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Systematic and goal-oriented working style, organizational talent, and solution-oriented thinking
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
