Responsibilities


  • Quality documentation creation and management, including internal and delivery documentation
  • Inspections and tests on aviation components in the door assembly area, conducting and evaluating them
  • Non-conformance management by creating discrepancy reports in the NCM tool
  • Preventive and corrective actions initiation, monitoring, and ensuring their effectiveness
  • Incoming goods inspection performing and assessing the quality of incoming parts
  • Customer tools such as the EoADD tool (Evidence of Approved Design Data) from Airbus Commercial


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or comparable with further training to become a master craftsman / craftswoman
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in aircraft construction or at a supplier for the aviation industry
  • Experience in quality management and quality assurance processes
  • Knowledge of common IT tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and G Suites
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work in shifts and for occasional business trips
  • Strong solution orientation, teamwork skills, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
